State employees' Confict of interests

State employee by the nature of its activities, occupational status in the state of power relations and their affiliation to the social and the subjective environment, civil society has a special place among the variety of media self-interests. Conflict of interest in the civil service in nature and the content is largely a moral conflict of national interests within scope of competence of the civil service and the personal interests of the person holding the post.
