The strategic map as the tool for increasing of investment attractiveness of construction industry of the Arctic region

A review of studies found that investments in construction have a macroeconomic effect, therefore, these flows must be stimulated. The article shows that over the 20 year period a decreasing of investments in construction in the Arctic zone of Russia took place, which has a negative impact on infrastructure and logistic system. The authors suggest the development of investment attractiveness on the basis of the concept of set of regional indicators, which is easily visualized by strategy maps.
