The article examines the influence of strategic factors on the adopted type of organizational structure of enterprise management. Factors such as corporate strategy, external environment, size of the organization and stage of its life cycle, business characteristics, technical level, human resources, information technology and their influence on the formation of hierarchical and organic types of structures, as well as on their individual types, are analyzed. The organizational management structure (OMS) is a system of division of decision-making rights and a system of division of labor and cooperation between various departments. OMS is aimed at forming and streamlining the elements of enterprise management in a certain direction in accordance with its strategic and tactical goals, it determines the conditions and scope of its activities, and creates a relatively stable and scientific management system.
