The article is devoted to analysis of state policy in the sphere of culture. At the present stage of development of culture the problem of studying of cultural policy is extremely important and relevant. The complexity of studying cultural policy due to the fact that she, being holistic, constantly evolving system, is not a sustainable kind of constants as culture itself.
