Strategic directions of economic policy of incomes and local government expenses

In the work are specified theoretical bases and practical recommendations about formation of a profitable part of the local budget and efficient control of its account part are proved, allowing to have the balanced budget of local government. Attempt to consider reform of local government from a position of a following stage of its development and construction on this basis of the version of modern working out of recommendations in aspect of formation of budgets of municipalities taking into account features of an economic situation in Russia is undertaken
