The digitalization of the agro-industrial complex in Russia plays a key role in ensuring its competitiveness and sustainable growth. It is one of the main elements contributing to the innovative growth of the industry and enhancing its competitiveness. The aim of the research is to develop strategic approaches to the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex, which will help stimulate innovative development. The main materials and methods used in the research process include statistical analysis of data on the implementation of digital technologies, comparative analysis of domestic and foreign experiences, document and literature analysis, as well as the application of systematic analysis methods that allow for viewing digital transformation within the framework of the interrelation between social, technological, and economic aspects. The results of the research show a significant increase in investments and the use of innovative technologies, including satellite navigation systems and IoT, which contribute to the modernization of management and production processes. However, despite positive trends, the Russian agro-industrial complex still lags behind leading countries such as the USA and China in terms of digitalization. This highlights the need for further development and increased support from the government. The introduction of training programs and the creation of digital infrastructure play an important role in preparing specialists capable of managing modern technologies. The implementation of such strategies will allow Russia to increase agricultural productivity, improve product quality, and ensure sustainable economic development in the context of global digitalization.
