Strategic approaches to enterprise management in unstable conditions

The article discusses strategic approaches to enterprise management in unstable conditions. It is established that ensuring sustainable development makes it necessary to fill the ideology of strategic management with new content. In accordance with the concept of sustainable development, the main theoretical provisions of strategic management are defined, including the formation of a strategy for interaction with the external environment according to the principles of sustainable development, the establishment of enterprise targets for the future based on the principles of marketing, environmental harmonization and tolerance, the use of an ecological and economic approach to the growth of the enterprise and its strategic position, ensuring long-term competitive advantages, stability of the competitive position and economic security. In accordance with certain theoretical provisions, the principles of strategic management have been formed: social responsibility for the fulfillment of the mission to society; integrativity of economic potential and the ability of personnel to use resources efficiently in the process of achieving set goals; innovation, involving continuous improvement of technological, managerial processes to ensure compliance of the enterprise with the requirements of the external environment; environmental harmonization; efficiency, providing for rational provision of sustainable development. It is established that the functional content of strategic management is implemented on the basis of the allocation of the processes of direct strategy development, strategic planning and strategic management in general.
