Strategic priorities of a new financial system development in the post-Soviet economic space

The article deals with the problems of a new financial system development in the post-Soviet economic space. The authors study the key problems of the Russian economy as a macro-coherent system. The article suggests solutions in order to block the threats from any sources of financial attack and other risks, as well as for implementation of large-scale investment projects.
