Strategic solutions for intelligent management of the city’s construction and housing complex logistics processes

The article discusses an algorithm for designing target values of indicators for the development of the logistics system of the city's construction and housing complex, in which a base of target values for the development of the city's construction and housing complex is formed in accordance with the hierarchy of program documents at the national and regional levels. The developments presented in the article can be used in the future to solve problems of predictive analysis of potential problems and monitoring the functioning of the logistics system of the construction and housing complex.
