The article discusses the methods and factors influencing decision-making at the strategic level. The importance of choosing the right strategy for the successful functioning of the organization in the long term is analyzed. The author explores the process of strategy development, taking into account external and internal factors such as market competition, technological trends, customer needs and internal resources. The methods of decision-making and implementation of strategies for achieving competitive advantages and sustainable development of the organization are proposed. The study examines the problem of leadership in strategic decision-making using the example of a specific organization.
