Strategic analysis in the economic development of the recycling and food industry of the Kyrgyz Republic

The scientific foundations of strategic economic management are summarized. The role of strategic analysis in regulating the development of the processing and food industries is shown. Growth trends in the production of food products (including beverages) and tobacco products over the past 10 years have been identified. An assessment of the activities of enterprises in the processing and food industries is given. A strategy of limited growth based on the principle of “from what has been achieved” is proposed. The strategy for “growth” of the industry through additional investment and innovation is justified.
