Strategic controlling

In this article, principles of srtategic controlling are explored as a system of companies' management. The authors consider the essence of the concept “srtategic controlling”, main function and tasks are given. Main elements of strategic planning, strategic control and strategic information maintenance are highlighted. Basic instruments of strategic controlling, allowing developing a viable strategy of companies development and implementing it on operative level of companies' management are given.
