This article describes the strategic management of a company as a competitive advantage. The article also reveals the essence of strategic management. The main stages of strategic management are described. Features of each stage with detailed description of application in practice in organizations are disclosed. In particular, strategic management is disclosed as one of the most important stages of management, as well as a conclusion on the need to use this stage in large enterprises.
