Strategic management accounting in construction organizations: the Mac-Kinzy method

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of strategic management accounting, which allow to reveal its essence. One of the methods of strategic management accounting is investigated; the method of portfolio analysis is the McKinsey method. The work revealed that an important category considered in strategic management accounting is the competitiveness of a construction organization. A business screen for a construction organization detailing potential strategies in the construction services market has been proposed.
