Strategic target planning and management at the level of the subject of the federation: transformation of the approach (on the example of the project "Academgorodok 2.0" in the Novosibirsk region)

The paper considers the issues of the target planning system in the Russian Federation at the level of the subject of the federation. The issues that stand in the way of the implementation of large projects related to the sustainable provision of the implementation of these projects with resources and the composition of a project management scheme, including “manual” decision-making tools are analyzed.
