Strategic planning as a method of developing the production potential of an enterprise

One of the important components of strategic planning ofproduction development at the microeco-nomic level is the economically correct choice of the directions of application ofplanning tools and achievement on this basis of a new level of technical, economic, and operational indicators of the production enterprise. The essential aspects of the production and economic activities of enterprises are the development of a plan for the development ofproduction capacities at a pre-determined level of the main technical, economic, and operational indicators of the production enterprise. The article describes the processes of developing a plan for the development of the production potential of the enterprise, considering the goals of strategic planning.
