Strategic planning for development of the Arctic in the medium term

A new era of defragmentation of the global world space is coming. The unipolar («American-centric») construction of the modern world is becoming a thing of the past, and instead of global superiority inthe system of world domination, the imperative of national power arises and develops. Friendship between Russia and the «global West» no matter how hard our homegrown liberals have triedfor the past 30 years, hasnot developed. The liberal economic model also did not take root on Russian soil. Therefore, under the current conditions, strategic planning is the optimal methodological approach to determining the dominant goals forthe development of the Arctic, as the largest geostrategic region of Russia.
