Strategic planning of the regional development as a mechanism of territorial administration

The article discusses strategic planning of the regional development processes. The author studies the political aspect of the strategic development of the country’s territories with a focus on the main problems of the subject. The guidelines on the improvement of the strategic planning are suggested as well.
