The article deals with the essence and economic content of strategic planning in the marketing of health services. According to the current Russian legislation, this is the definition of the main directions, ways and means of achieving the goals of the organization for its sustainable development. Knowledge of modern methods of strategic planning helps to develop an effective strategy and tactics of the organization.
