Strategic planning of the subjects of the Russian Federation: problems of the inter-regional co-development by the example of Moscow province and Moscow city

After the adoption of the Federal law No. 172 «On strategic planning in the Russian Federation» in 2014, the process of drafting legal acts and strategic planning in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation was intensified. One of the regions, which is actively implementing the provisions of Federal law No. 172, is the Moscow province, which experience is particularly interesting because it is closely associated with Moscow, forming in many respects a single socio-economic organism with the capital of the Russian Federation.
