Strategic development of TNCs in the fashion industry

This article describes the characteristics of TNC strategic development in the fashion industry. The article describes in detail the factors that influence the development and implementation of development strategies by the largest TNCs of the fashion industry. The features of development strategies associated with a dynamic and unstable external environment are analyzed. The study revealed the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of TNCs in the fashion industry and their strategies. It is concluded that each of the largest TNCs implements an original strategy in terms of its characteristics.
