Strategic development of the transport complex in the Russian Federation: trends, problems, and methodological solutions

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the prospects for the development of the transport system of the Russian Federation, covering the aviation, railway, road, sea, pipeline, and regional segments, including territories with special development conditions. The article examines current institutional and technological trends, and identifies key methodological problems that limit the effectiveness of infrastructure planning and the implementation of state support measures. The article substantiates the need to form unified methodological approaches to project evaluation, improve forecasting models, and introduce innovative technologies that enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of the Russian transport complex.
