Strategic management innovative organizational-economic systems in the sphere of culture in the digital economy

This article analyzes the essence and features of innovative models of organizational- economic systems: clusters, industrial and technological parks, innovation centers, technology transfer centers, business incubators. The author examines the prospects for the application of some of these innovative models in the sphere of culture. Methodical approaches to the strategic management of these innovative entities in general, formation of appropriate organizational structures and management strategies of different hierarchical levels are justified. In relation to the main management bodies (supervisory councils and managing companies) this paper offers recommendations for their composition and executable functions. The author proposes a system of strategies of different hierarchical level for similar entities with the areas separately marked for application of promising marketing and digital technologies to organizations in the sphere of culture.
