Global scaling strategies for business in car wheels production: from local success to international expansion

The main goal of any business is to obtain the necessary profit to ensure sustainable long-term development. One of the effective ways to achieve this goal in the context of globalization and increasing competition is the strategy of international scaling. The article considers methodological approaches to global business expansion using the example of car wheel production. An algorithm for the scaling strategy is provided, the most significant factors influencing the effectiveness of entering foreign markets are characterized, and various growth models are analyzed (export model, creation of strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions). Recommendations for international development for companies engaged in the production of car wheels are formulated.
