The hotel business in conditions of economic instability and crises is faced with the need to adapt to dramatically changing circumstances. This article explores strategies that allow hospitality industry enterprises to remain resilient and find ways to develop in difficult times. Special attention is paid to such approaches as expanding the range of services, reducing costs, introducing modern technologies and improving the quality of customer interaction. The paper analyzes both the theoretical foundations of crisis management and practical examples of successful adaptation of hotels to adverse conditions. The research is based on data, including scientific publications, monographs, and conference proceedings. Methods of comparative analysis, case studies and generalization of statistical data are used. The results highlight the importance of flexibility and innovation for the survival of hotel businesses. The conclusions of the article show that the hotel business is able to successfully overcome crises provided timely adaptation. Diversification of services, cost optimization, technology adoption, and an emphasis on quality of service stand out as the most effective strategies. These approaches allow not only to minimize losses, but also to find new opportunities for growth. For example, the transition to digital platforms reduces dependence on traditional sales channels, and personalization of services strengthens communication with customers.
