In modern conditions of social economic development competition is being strengthened. As a result the Chief Executive Officers are searching for new management tools and ways to increase competitiveness of their companies and firms. Competitiveness strategies consist of a set of specific steps and approaches, which the company uses so that to successfully compete in a certain sphere.
