Strategies of intergenerational cooperation development in the aging society

The article considers principle problems of positive cooperation development between the elder group of people and the youth. The author analyzes gerontological social theories, allowing the one to carry a comprehensive research of social, psychological, emotional and intellectual changes occurring in old age. The paper updates a category of retiree’s social status, range of problems regarding ageism and social distance between generations.
