Strategies for managing the socio-economic development of the mining enterprise

The article is devoted to updating the development strategies of the mining enterprise, which take into account the state of the external and internal environment and ensure a balance of interests of the subjects, meeting current trends. The proposed strategies meet current economic and political conditions. Also, the article considers strategies that negatively affect the development of the mining enterprise and, introducing an imbalance between the entities, lead to its ruin.
