Strategy of innovative increase of milk production in Russia

The long-term measures of the state support of milk production in Russia directed on acceleration of terms of the milker herd pedigree and breeding updating, great introduction of new technologies in branch, improvement of the state personnel policy in the considered sphere are substantiated. Look-ahead calculations of realization of the innovative increase strategy are executed.
