The article considers the strategy as a tool for effective personnel development applicable to general cases. The HR strategy helps to define the company's strategic objectives and align their core HR objectives in a way that avoids any contradiction between these goals. In today's market environment, the most important tools to ensure the stability of the organization and increase its competitiveness are to improve the training and competence of employees in accordance with the current and prospective requirements of its external and internal environment. Promising in the system of training and career development is the solution to the problems of knowledge management. In any industry or in the field of activity, an effective staff development strategy is a major factor in the organization's commercial success and competitiveness.
