Strategy as the basis of production systems

The functioning of production systems in a competitive environment depends on whether they have an effective development strategy. In this article the essence of the strategy was reviewed and the basic stages of its formation have been identified. The main focus the author made on the allocation of the key issues that arise at the stage of formation of such strategies as: the formation of a strategic vision and mission of the organization; goal setting; development and selection of strategies; strategy implementation, evaluation of the results, change tracking and updating.
