Strategy of digital divide minimizing between Siberian cities in the era of tactile internet

In Russia, the digital divide in the coming years will be minimized to three percent of the country''s population, for which high-speed Internet will not be available. However, in the future, there will be services such as Tactile Internet, which will generate new inequality. For 130 cities in Siberia, a strategy has been developed to gradually reduce the future digital divide. It is shown that after four stages of inequality can be minimized to 8.6% of Siberian urban population. The values of reducing the digital divide after the implementation of each stage in 12 Siberian regions are given.
