The national security strategy of the United States as a new manifesto of the global hegemony

The article is devoted to the analysis of the National Security Strategy of the United States, which was admitted in February, 2015. The author demonstrates the continuity of the US policy of the dominance in the world. The author also revises the ways for the enhancement of the Russian political strategy.
