Strategy of development of the contract system in the sphere of state procurement

This article looks at the strategic development of «sustainable» public procurement. Since the state will purchase fixed assets to meet the needs of the state, including in the processes necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Based on the experience of improving the contract system in public procurement in various regions of the Russian Federation, the main shortcomings were identified and possible ways of their elimination.
