Enterprise development strategy and estimation of its efficiency

The article examines the assessment of the effectiveness of the development strategy using the hierarchy analysis method. The steps of constructing the MAI using the Saaty scale are considered. The scale of the relative preference of the Saaty factors, the matrix of paired comparisons of the n-th level, as well as formulas with the help of which one can determine the consistency of the analysis, are presented.
