Growth strategy of the Russian economy and implementation foreign experience of increasing the productivity of work

The article presents indicators of economic growth in world’s major economies and in the Russian Federation. Moreover the article includes the strategy of economic growth of the Russian Federation nowadays. Conducted analysis shows main trends in workforce productivity growth in Russia, implementation of foreign instruments of workforce productivity growth on the Russian enterprises and present Russian and Japan collaboration in workforce productivity growth.
