Stratification of patients with hematological malignancies using the integral quality of life index

We aimed to study quality of life (QoL) in patients with hematological malignancies using Integral QoL Index (IQU). The results show heterogeneity of this patients' population by IQLI. Patients had no, mild, moderate, severe, or critical decrease of IQLI. The majority of patients experienced severe or critical decrease of IQLI (23.3% and 30% of patients, respectively). Differences in symptom spectrum and their severity among the groups with different decrease of IQLI were observed.
