The structure of the oxide coating with anodized aluminum and its alloys

Investigated features of the structure of the oxide coating with anodized aluminum A3 and alloy D16 in water solution of sulfuric acid. Used 3 technology impact on the electrolyte: blowing off the air and ozone-air mixture, as well as additional ultrasonic influence. A higher content of oxygen in metal front growing of oxide (9 - 14 %). Photos are specific areas of coverage.
