The construction of energy efficient housing in the Republic of Belarus

The article considers the ways of increasing the efficiency of housing construction in the Republic of Belarus. In this century the role and place of Belarus in the world economy in conditions when virtually no private sources of hydrocarbons and metals, will be largely determined by the level of its scientific and technological development, the ability to create and effectively implement innovative technologies and, if necessary, to implement, to produce goods with high added value.
