The economic feasibility of the construction of the North-Siberian highway is substantiated, and a concept scheme for the formation of industrial and logistics clusters (ILC) and multimodal transport and logistics centers (MTLC) in the Krasnoyarsk territory is developed. The organizational and functional structure of the ILC was developed on the example of the Boguchansk Industrial and logistics cluster. A logical and information model for managing business processes of the Boguchansky ilk with the participation of the CLC in the status of 4 PL-provider has been developed.
