Structure, phase and chemical composition of the cluster chromium coatings formed in electrolytes based on salts of trivalent chromium

Бесплатный доступ

The structure and phase composition of the "trivalent" & the standard chromium coatings are investigated by X-ray phase analysis. The X-ray photoelectron and Auger spectroscopy results of determining the chemical composition of the Cr(III) covering are presented. The morphology of "trivalent" chromium coatings, formed in the electrolyte with nanoscale particles of aluminum oxide and salts of the alloying elements (Mo, V), are investigated by scanning microscopy.
