The paper briefly describes the history of the establishment and functioning of the Department of Paramilitary Mine- Rescue Units (DPMRU) of ЕMERCOM of Russia. Shows Statistics on the structure and performance of DPMRU (Mine Resque) during 2009-2013. Authors participated in the preparation of that reports. Some perspectives of development of Mine Rescue EMERCOM of Russia in the coming years are marked.
