The structure and dynamics of the state budget of the Russian Federation for 2011-2014

The article deals with the category of state budget. It is noted that each country has its own budget structure. It is the state budgets that are used for social policy implementation, stimulating or deterring the economic growth. The paper analyzes the expenditures of the state budget of the Russian Federation over the past four years which shows that the state budget spending has grown by more than one third. Moreover, the costs of budget items concerned with the economy, national security and defense has been growing faster, while the costs on social policy have shown a negative growth.
