Structure and content of tactical training of personnel of internal affairs bodies

The article examines the structure and content of tactical training of personnel of internal affairs bodies with an emphasis on a systematic approach to training, the integration of modern technologies and interdepartmental interaction, as well as solving urgent training problems. The analysis of organizational, methodological, pedagogical, ethical and legal aspects has been carried out, bottlenecks have been identified, and practice-oriented solutions and innovative development directions have been proposed. Examples of the introduction of new training tools, modeling and assessment of personnel readiness are given, measures to increase the sustainability of professional activity and preserve professional potential are considered. The article is intended for heads of training services, practitioners of law enforcement agencies and researchers involved in improving the effectiveness of training personnel of law enforcement agencies.
