Structure, components and development prospects of the regional educational cluster as an effective tool for increasing the economic security of the university

The main task of the modern education system, regardless of the stage - is to train specialists with a high level of competence. Unfortunately, the training of specialists in educational organizations exists by itself, and enterprises - by themselves. As a result, enterprises are forced to create their own educational centers, thereby increasing unproductive costs and reducing the competitiveness of their commodity products by increasing its cost. This forced measure indicates an unbalanced labor market due to the extreme lack of horizontal links between educational institutions and employers. The requirements of employers to the level of competence of employees are constantly changing, this is due to the introduction of new technologies, and the satisfaction of these requests can be provided through the cluster. The way out of this situation is to create a regional educational cluster as an effective system for creating a favorable, primarily human resources infrastructure for the business community and at the same time contributing to improving the economic security of universities that are its participants. The article proposes a mechanism for the formation and development of a regional educational cluster, which becomes an effective tool to improve the economic security of a university.
