Structure of the organizational mechanism for the implementation of the project approach to the development of the strategic potential of the territorial innovative cluster

The article considers the infrastructural and methodological prerequisites and conditions for the formation of the organizational mechanism for the implementation of the project approach to the development of the strategic potential of the territorial innovation cluster. The significance of the project approach to the management of regional development as a whole in accordance with the tasks of state management of the economy is substantiated. The need for the active use of the project approach to the development and implementation of high-tech and other projects that unite the interests of participants in the region’s economic activity was confirmed by the example of the structural formation of the organizational mechanism for the implementation of the project approach to the development of the strategic potential of the territorial innovation clusters of the Republic of Mordovia as one of the innovative active subjects of the Russian Federation. Proposals are made for the structural development of the organizational mechanism for implementing the project approach to the development of the strategic potential of the territorial innovation cluster.
