Structure of the legal status of a lawyer

Purpose: To analyze the structure of the legal status of the lawyer as a person who is entrusted with the constitutional duty to provide legal assistance, including on the basis of analysis of the structure of the legal status of the individual. Methodology: The authors used legalistic method based on the consistency and comprehensiveness of its holding. Results: The article concludes that the elements of the structure of the legal status of the individual as a whole, and in particular a lawyer, in addition to the rights and duties that are undoubtedly original and conventional elements, you must also include legal guarantees and responsibility. The paper points out that only the inclusion of the responsibility to the elements of the legal status of the individual structures will provide an effective mechanism for the implementation of the face not only of his duties, but also on the proper use of the rights granted to him. It is concluded that the guarantee is one of the main, essential elements of the legal status of a person and a lawyer in particular, since the proper use of attorney granted to him the rights and the proper execution of his duties, in our opinion, it is impossible in the case of standard fastening guarantees as the declarations and without creating appropriate conditions for their implementation.
