The structure of professional value orientations of psychologists

In the article, the authors consider the phenomenon of professional value orientations. The results of the analysis indicate the presence of a direct connection between the content of value orientations and the complex of personal and professionally important qualities of a psychologist. In the structure of professional value orientations of psychologists, psychological (locus of control, orientation, need for achievements, features of motivation and life-meaning orientations) and axiological (meaningful features of value orientations) components are identified.
