The resettlement structure as the base of forming of the regional community

The paper deals with the problems of the impact of the resettlement structure on forming regional community in the territories formed in the process of new industrial development. The research is based on the experience of massive development of the West Siberian oil-and-gasbearing province which lies almost entirely within the boundaries of the Tyumen Region. In this case the Tyumen Region is both the unique object of investigating a regional community and a specific object-representative in the theoretical generalization of the results.
