Described the structure of the assurance system of microclimate parameters of the workplace in the workshop. Assembly of electronic equipment. Developed functional and structural model of the air conditioning system of the shop. Described mathematical model of the regulation of microclimate parameters, energy-efficient system. According to the preliminary calculation of the velocity distribution of air flow in the working area of the calculated indicator of the comfort thermal sensation PMV. It is shown that the well-being of the installers is crucial when choosing constructive solutions local ventilation. Formulated the problem and challenges for future research on the creation of an effective system of provision of the microclimate, characterized by a large number of alternative solutions and a variety of diverse factors
